Competition Transfer & Refund Policy

 

We aim to have a responsible and fair refund policy for all members who have registered to play. 

We offer an alternative to cancellation in that you can transfer your registration to a future event. 

All we ask is that you let us know via enquiries@walesfootgolf.com at least 48 hours prior to competition kick-off with the competition you wish to transfer to and we'll do the rest.

Note - any difference in cost will need to be paid at the time of transfer.

 

 

If a transfer isn't possible then our refund policy will apply as follows:

 

  • If cancellation occurs up to 2 days before the first round of the event, the registrant will receive 0.00% of the registration fee rounded to the nearest £
  • If cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the first round of the event, the registrant will receive 25.00% of the registration fee rounded to the nearest £
  • If cancellation occurs up to 14 days before the first round of the event, the registrant will receive 50.00% of the registration fee rounded to the nearest £

 

If a registration is cancelled before these dates a full refund will be issued.
